Shame
Saturday, April 26, 2008: It is a shame that complaints to government agencies don't solve the consumer's problem. If you don't have a lawyer, you're out of luck. This has happened to me with my mortgage fraud issue. I have gotten in touch with several of these agencies, but have not had a satisfactory response from them. It's always: This is a legal matter and we don't handle individual cases. Frankly, I have been disappointed. Had I been financially able to hire a lawyer, I would have done it a long, long time ago. This problem has harmed me in many ways and I just don't have the means to hire anyone.
I was very naive to think that just because I am an American citizen, a taxpayer and a consumer, somebody would listen to me and help me punish the real estate professionals who defrauded me.
